An uneven mix of thought-provoking information and selective promotion of weakly supported methods of disease prevention and treatment. The film features a lot of dialogue from a small number of speakers, rather than offering a more diverse and balanced examination of nutritional and medical thought and practice. Weaknesses aside, the film's potential health benefits for viewers who are motivated to improve their diets should make this a worthwhile investment of 80 minutes.
