Elton John (born Reginald Kenneth Dwight - March 25, 1947) is an English singer, pianist, and composer. In his five-decade career he has sold more than 300 million records, making him one of the best-selling music artists in the world. He has worked with lyricist Bernie Taupin as his songwriting partner since 1967. Together they have collaborated on more than 30 albums to date. This "Diamonds" compilation is a 2-disc set containing 34 tracks in all which were recorded by Elton John (along with accompanying musicians) in the years from 1970-2014.
