Biggest girl group in the world right now, Fifth Harmony has their freshman album a total hit and loved by many. Made and released in January 2015, the album is packed with 11 songs in total and three being successful singles.(Worth It, Bo$$, and Sledgehammer.) The ladies have lyrically made an album focused on woman empowerment, love, heartbreak, and confidence. An album that should and is desired for a young woman to feel comfortable and proud of them. With current events and movements for feminism, this album provides songs that would fit perfectly in with another successful girl group Destiny’s Child who also focused on woman empowerment. Personally, no other album or songs made me feel beautiful or comfortable in my own body or made me proud to be the girl I am today. The lyrics and beat didn’t only simply make me want to dance around but made me slowly realise my imperfections are beautiful, my gender is valid and is just as important as males. Reflection will always be Fifth Harmony’s best album. @moonlightbae of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
