A hilarious and charming book! Although I don't like the fact that David reported so many false things about her in the newspaper, I loved how their relationship developed from enemies, to friends, and then something more. I applaud Rachel Hawkins for not treating Harper's boyfriend, Ryan, horribly. Ryan was a good boyfriend to Harper, and it's a testimony to how long they've been together. Relationships, platonic and romantic, tend to break due to growth in individuals. It's normal and I love that it was the main reason for their breakup in the end as opposed to cheating. While it could be considered a love triangle, both males had their pro's and con's.
