I wouldn't recommend this video. While the postures are fine, Kries moves through the postures so quickly that it kind of misses the point of a Yin Yoga class where the benefit comes from holding the postures longer.

She introduces the postures, so that the viewer can then go and do the class again on his or her own--but to do that you could need to start and pause the DVD over and over. Until you memorized the correct posture, and the order they come in.

Kries also talks constantly throughout and makes a lot of spiritual pseudo-medical statements rooted in Chinese traditions. I would have preferred more instruction to ensure that I was positioning myself correctly.

This DVD does not work good on my labtop. The author speaks, the list of content appears with music, and then it seems frozen there. Nothing I did worked to show the rest of the DVD.
