For those of us that need science and facts to help form their opinions, "The World According to Monsanto" is an (almost) painful extraction of facts and chronological reference. The work goes into intimate detail about the early years using interviews and personal accounts regarding the companies deal making, bullying, and political power to push its agenda. It's highly academic, but well organized and leaves nothing to the imagination. It's all true. It will make you cry and possibly quit your day job to become an activist because today, Monsanto is still at it, more than ever.
