This is my favorite "Keeper" book of the three that are out. There's just soemthing about Nate that I love!! He's "the one" for me. And him and Alexis...Mmmmm. I love it when he's calling her Lexie, the secret nick-name he used with her when they were in bed together. Nate's tender, but still a hard-a**. And I like how he and Alexis spar with each other and continue to fight their growing attraction, only to succumb in the end. On another note, I thought the ending was cheesy and somewhat stupid. I like Nate's ultimate power, but Alexis' power was a bit disappointing. Also, there is still a lot of world-building going on in this book - and sometimes the historical and ritualistic significance is a bit complex and overwhelming. But overall, I look forward to the continuation of this series.
