I liked this book by Woods, Stuart. I like this author and his style. It is too violent and sexual for children to listen to. This is a murder mystery sleuthing story. The twists and turns in the story keep you interested.

Hot Mahogany : Stone Barrington, ex-NYPD now lawyer, meets Barton Cabot older brother of CIA boss Lance Cabot. Lance hires Stone to watch his brother's back after his brother was attacked and severely injured.

Barton, as Stone learns, is a spy with a rather unusual hobby: building and restoring antique furniture.

Stone soon discovers that Barton and some shady characters of his acquaintance may be hiding a lot more than just a few forged antiques.

Very good read!
