Superb! Especially the poet''s remark at the end about Death sleeping with "one eye open."

Directed by Alain Resnais in 1956, this 31-minute documentary depicts the horrors of the holocaust while contrasting the stillness of the abandoned concentration camps with haunting wartime footage.
It is a horrifying and shocking revelation of the wartime crimes done by the Nazi.
If you don't like nightmarish disgusting graphic images, don't watch this film.

Everyone should watch this film, without turning away, to see what can happen to anyone in the name of war. It would be just over a half-hour of your time, to think about the consequences of violent conflict between peoples or nations. A film that must be committed to collective memory.

Filled with walking skeletons and half-rotted corpses... powerful.
