The Life and Music of Dennis Wilson

Book - 2001
Rate this:
Dennis Wilson, Beach Boys drummer, 60's pin-up, surfer, hedonist, and tragic victim of a premature death stood in stark contrast to the clean image of all American boy as portrayed by the group. Yet it is his soulful, fractured voice and music that remains the focal point of this in-depth study, and ultimately the man's true legacy.

a great book that gives Dennis the credit he deserves that sadly he did not recieve during his short lifetime he was close to being as great a muscian as his brother Brian.this book talks about his ups and downs with his family his failed marriages and all the wonderful music he made and some gems he left behind that were never released.I am a huge Dennis Wilson Beach Boys fan and reccomend this book to any huge fan like me of Dennis and The Beach Boys a lot of things you know and don't know about Dennis !
