I checked out several paper craft books and this one was my favorite. It is a nice overview of many different types of paper crafts that feel neither too easy nor too hard. You don't need to buy fancy tools for these projects. If you wanted to do something like quilling often, then you would want to consider getting a quilling pen. (A "pen" with no ink that has a slit to hold the start of the paper roll.)

This book is full of great ideas!! Lots of paper flowers, a large rose, headbands, and fairy lights! A variety of skill levels as well.
