In the vein of Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, and Michael Cera comedies. Heavily influenced by Judd Apatow coming of age comedies with sex and graduation as some life crisis. Some pretty funny scenes and some gross scenes. Overall it was entertaining but seen it before.

It wants to be in the style of those John Hughes '80s comedies, but falls sadly flat because it tried too hard.

A couple of moments made me laugh, but the rest was just stupid. I would not recommend wasting your time, even on a free rental from the library. So glad I didn't see this in the theater. Also, made me realize I'm over Leslie Mann's typecasting. I'm sure she has the ability to play a difference character. Leslie - free yourself.

A lot funnier than I thought it would be.

Lots of laughs. Reminded me of American Pie, but with equal time given to the adults who steal the show.

Unlike many others, I actually found this movie quite enjoyable. It's in the same style as American Pie and Bad Moms so if you like those types of movies you'll like this one. I was laughing so hard during this movie! Great job by all actors! It's nice to see John Cena in more comedic roles thanks to the huge success of Trainwreck.

There was absolutely nothing original about this film. Having adults act worst than teenagers, or at least the three in this movie, made it rather insulting for parents of teenagers. They tried to be funny about it, but a lot of times it was just really stupid. Wouldn't waste time watching this like I did. Do something else for 90 minutes :(

Nothing new, original or funny here. What we have here is a monotonous, drab story of immature young adults, looking to get laid for the first time whilst their parents try to prevent it from happening. All this film is lacking are the actors to be buried in their phones like the technical zombies out there today.

This comedic movie tells a story that is as old as time. Three teenage girls will be graduating from high school soon, and that means they will also be attending prom. The trio makes a pact to “seal the deal” for the first time on prom night, to the horror of their parents. After their parents find out about their pact, they enter a quest to stop them no matter the costs. This movie combines overprotective parents with normal teenage angst in a way that is very relatable to many. The movie definitely had it’s funny moments and was believable for the most part. I would rate this higher end comedy 4/5 stars. @The_Reviewer of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
