This is an animated Adam West/Burt Ward episode homage to the TV show from the 1960s. I doubt children today will enjoy the camp. Adults wanting to revisit a childhood memory may get something from it.

I suppose the one plus is that it allowed Adam West one last chance to play Batman before he died.

If you long for the old TV show, you will likely enjoy this. Otherwise, save the 75 minutes.
