I read and re-read the daily meditations. They are short, one page or so, meditations for the day. They are thoughts on codependent behaviours that help you to become aware of your self-defeating behaviour. From awareness comes change, on its own. If you are "working" on your codependency issues, this book is a daily support. I, too, went out and bought my own copy. I start my day reading that day's message. It always relates to where I'm at. Great book.

This is a phenomenal book of daily reflections -- i have found no other that compares to its depth, inclusiveness and potency. Five stars, no holds bared.
