I skipped ahead to the exposure therapy chapter...what the? HOW and WHY would someone just force themselves to do things on their list randomly and jump right to some of the most stressful things?
I'd recommend any other book on CBT and exposure therapy---the hierarchical and gradual method is much more doable and kinder!
