Very good. Very easy to read / good for a 'refresher' when you don't have time for a long read. You can read a 'subject' or two, feel refreshed and go on about your activities until the next 'read'.

Lovely. Have taken to mindful breathing on the metro bus each morning. This was a nice introduction.

One of my all time favourite books to turn to when I'm feeling blue. Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the leading authors on living a peaceful and meaningful life through mindfulness. This insightful book is full of universal wisdom.
