I think it's a very clever title! Now I want to read the book. I have an inkling those who rated it either aren't interested in the concepts or are just judging the book by its title. Highly unfair, why even comment and rate it, then? Yes, I am saying all this before reading as well.

Not recommended unless you are specifically looking for gluten free recipes.
Most of the recipes are otherwise unappealing.
