Engaging and fast-paced with lots of gore, beasts, and plots from start to finish. Alot of witty dialogue, short graphic fantasy-genre violence - it's a real page turner; the Drenai Saga is improving from where it started in Legend which was for me a bit of a let down (still nowhere near as good as The Raven - James Barclay)
