A must read for any/all fans of baseball. This is a big shout out to baseball guru Harvey Dorfman. Moyer was able to do great things on the mound by using his smarts. He really got into the batter's heads. His change-up was deadly because he knew when to throw it and where to throw it. Location is everything. It's also a shout out to modern day sports medicine. Moyer went under the knife several times, he did the recovery right everytime. I'll always cherish the few times I saw him pitch here at the Safe, here in Seattle. A good guy living his dream and doing good things.

It was really nice to read a sports bio that didn't include raciness or cursing. Jamie Moyer's a great guy, and a great pitcher.

Entertaining book about former Mariner pitcher, Jamie Moyer. Not so much an autobiography as a memoir about his biggest professional challenges and how he handled the mental aspect of the game. And despite winning the World Series with the Phillies, his favorite team remains the 2001 Mariners.
