4.5 stars "Killing Kennedy: The End of Camelot," penned by Bill O'Reilly and Martin Dugard, presents a narrative that is as engaging as it is informative, shedding light on the intricacies of the Kennedy era. The book provides as a…

Too bad that Mr. O'Reilly retells the same lie that has permeated American culture since 11/22/63. For a book that really tells the truth about the Kennedy administration and his death, please read JFK and the Unspeakable by James…

In chapter 10, on page 157 Bill O'Reilly or Martin Dugard wrote "John Kennedy is hardly a violent man. He dislikes guns and even abhors hunting animals." Yet this same John Kennedy as Senator publicly acquired an M1 Garand rifle from the…

This is truly a remarkable read! O’Reilly’s book really makes you feel like you are in Dallas on the day of Kennedy’s murder. The book follows Kennedy from his days in WWII to his tragic death, while also showing Lee Harvey Oswald’s…

Bill O'Reilly can no longer be a reliable source of facts. He has been outed as a fraud who has used fake sources to get his information. sad.

Bugliosis' book about the assassination is the best of the bunch, but this is worth the time.

Great read! A little bit of sensationalism and a lot of history. I talked with my father about this book and he would tell me to watch for certain things and they covered all the things he remembered. Enjoyable and informative!

I thought it would be some kind of conspiracy book, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a brief biography of both JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald and at the same time very brief and clear summary of the history processes during Kennedy's…

A very informative and thrilling book, it made my heart race. It is just like a documentary in a book, a very exciting documentary at that. It is a must read book.

An easy introduction to the JFK tragedy for first-time readers about the event. For those already knowledgeable about it, this book offers a recap of all the trivial ironies, coincidences, and "lasts" during Kennedy's final months. Every…

Learned a ton since this happened before I was born, but this was told in a great way and it was entertaining and very enjoyable to read.

Complete waste of paper and a waste of your time. "Breach Of Trust" by Gerald McKnight is a real book. O'Reilly's junk is exploitive trash. Bill O'Reilly is a hack.

Very detailed account of President Kennedy and Lee Harvey Oswald's lives leading up to the assassination in Dallas. The personal struggles and successes of JFK are well documented. The focus of the story is on President Kennedy and not the…

I thought this was a very good, informative book. Personally, I believed Oswald acted alone. He wanted to be known as a "Great man," he sure wasn't about to let someone else share the limelight. I learned things I didn't know or didn't pay…

Such an interesting book. The way the details are laid out - events that I had learned about through history class actually made sense! This book helped me better understand how and why certain decisions were made and helped me…

I wanted to read this to see what right-winger O'Reilly had to say. I actually thought it was pretty fair and there was information that I never knew before. The writing was easy to read and it was a fast book.

What complete trash this book is. All that Bill O'Reilly has done is strung together every misstatement of fact, rumor, innuendo, snide comment and unsubstantiated story about JFK and called it a "history". If you want to read about the…

I was left wondering what the point of this book was. It struck me as a straightforward retelling of well-known events, with no context or insight added. Pretty much a waste of time.

"Killing Lincoln" of one year ago (2011) was somewhat timely. "Killing Kennedy" tries to capitalize on another assassination of a popular president by an unqualified author who uses the talents of another writer/historian to market his…

More or less a primer on JFK's life with little on the assassination.
